Welcome to the world of Electronic Artist and Repertoire.

Do you know what that Artist and Repertoire, or as most people say, 'A & R', actually means? It's just a fancy title for a music scout. Someone who recruits new talent for a record label. Once they find an artist or band that they like, the label signs the act. Then a bunch of producers, writers, studio musicians, and engineers are brought in. These guys rewrite and rearrange the songs, tweak the sound and create an image for the artist that will sell CDs. Then they get the radio stations to flood the airwaves with it until it becomes popular. That's a great way for the record companies to make money, but what about the artist? 

We are determined to help those talented artists who want to convey their thoughts and visions directly to the public at large, without becoming corporate zombies. Sure, most artists would love to become rich off of their music (and we're hoping they all do!), but when you look at the total number of artists, and then compare that to the total number of rich artists, you will see that most artists will be hit by lighting 4 or 5 times before they get rich.
