I Must Have Been Really, Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Good Last Year

Another lonely Christmas Eve, as I lay down to bed

I had a talk with Santa, and this is what I said

I said 'I don't want no fruitcake, don't need no socks or ties

Give someone else those power tools, and Dad wants that Old Spice

I woke up on Christmas morn', and much to my surprise

I stepped out of the bedroom, and I couldn't believe my eyes

Now there was Laura on the sofa, Bonnie in the chair

Temple by the fireplace, and Carol on the stairs

Oh, Mutti's in the kitchen, with Sonja pouring beer

Suzie's fixing dinner, Kim's mixing Christmas cheer

I must have been really, really, really, really, really, really good last year

Lookie, lookie, lookie, lookie, lookie what Santa left here

A lot of pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty women and cheer

It's gonna be a really, really, really, really, really good Christmas this year

Then the clock struck midnight, and they all disappeared

Tell me was I dreaming, or were they really here

Oh, did I talk to Santa, or was it just the beer?

Either way I'm playing it safe, and I'm gonna be good next year

I must have been really, really, really, really, really, really good last year

Lookie, lookie, lookie, lookie, lookie what Santa left here

A lot of pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty women and cheer

It's gonna be a really, really, really, really, really good Christmas this year
